This inaugural release of Pinot Gris delivers aromatics of Meyer lemon, golden delicious apple, ripe d'Anjou pear and melon. The palate delivers more flavors of pear and citrus with a pleasing minerality and delightful acidity. This wine is a great summer sipper or pair it with cheese, such as Gruyere or Mozzarella. It can accompany lighter plates such as a caprese salad or grilled chicken/fish.
