Lagrein is a northern Italian varietal originating from the Alto Adige region. Now that it has been in bottle for ~1 year the wine has integrated and is really quite exciting. Tasting Notes Aromas of earth, cherry and fig, with flavors of cherry, raspberry and pepper. Food Pairings This is a great food wine and pairs nicely with Italian food.
