This is a revitalization of the original recipe that was made in 1999 when the winery was first established. This semi-sweet blush is the sweet version of our white Merlot. The estate Merlot grapes are fermented like a white wine instead of a traditional red wine – creating a unique taste and experience you won’t find anywhere else! This pleasantly chilled wine has hints of apricot, honey, and you may even taste a light and subtle cotton candy flavor on the palate.
