The cool temperatures of the 2019 vintage contributed to wines with beautiful flavor development balanced by ideal acid retention, producing elegant and age-worthy wines with captivating aromatics and character. After hand picking, our Riesling was pressed at low pressure to avoid harsh phenolics. Careful to keep oxygen exposure to a minimum, we fermented and aged the wine in 100% stainless steel, resulting in a lively and fresh style Riesling. Leaving just a touch of residual sugar we tamed the wine’s acid for perfect balance.
