Lightly filtered, this Traminette shows a Champagne hue while the smell of citrus, white stone fruit and spice fills the aroma coming from it. The bright, inviting taste of passion fruit, spices, apricot and white stone fruit with a hint of ginger wafting through fill the palette, constantly moving. This wine should be drunk chilled. It is excellent with spicy dishes such as Thai food or Mexican. It is not to be neglected as a solo wine consumed just as the coolness of a summer night approaches.
