A delightfully sweet (6% residual sugar), ruby-red wine made from 80% Chambourcin rose, 15% Chambourcin and 5% Niagara. Starts with a burst of strawberry aromas and follows with a subtle nose of blueberry supported by candied fruit. An excellent aperitif when paired with cheesecake, cannolis, or a Tiramisu. In addition to desserts, it is a wonderful everyday patio or hot tub wine. But be adventurous. The sweetness of Rivah Red also allows it to be used in slushies or for pouring over ice cream. Really!
