Our Pinot Noir Reserve was produced with high-elevation Colorado grapes. This Burgundian-styled Pinot Noir Reserve is a blend of our finest hand-picked grapes harvested in the Fours Corners area of Southwest Colorado. The blending of these vineyards created a fruit driven yet complex wine with ageable tannic structure. This Pinot Noir is Old World in style. It is barrel aged for 10 months in French Oak. Our Pinot Noir is unfiltered and unfined. Only 75 cases produced. Pairs fantastic with Colorado trout, mushroom stroganoff, and chicken with a creamy mustard sauce.
