This beautiful craft wine has notes of raspberry, caramel and a hint of tart cherry. It is a delicate expression of Pinot Noir, gently fermented for 19 days in open-top fermentors. Aged in French oak barrels. This Pinot is unfiltered and unfined. This Pinot Noir pairs fantastic with a hearty winter beef stew, king salmon, and ramen.
