Our Pinot Noir Reserve was produced with high-elevation Colorado grapes. Our grapes were sourced from Hawk’s Nest Vineyard in Dolores, CO. Planted and farmed by Guy Drew, this is the highest elevation Pinot Noir Vineyard in North America. Rising up 6800 ft from sea level, the vineyard sits on a warm south facing hillside that allows phenolic ripening to occur. A true cool climate Pinot Noir. Our Pinot Noir is unfiltered and unfined. Only 150 cases produced. Pairs fantastic with Colorado trout, mushroom stroganoff, and chicken with a creamy mustard sauce.
