Our Chardonnay Reserve is made in classic Burgundian style. Barrel fermented with extended lees contact. We use yeast isolated from Burgundy to drive the fermentation. 100%ML and 8 months of barrel aging in neutral french oak. This is a clean crisp version of Chardonnay.
This Chardonnay was crafted with the finest Chardonnay grapes harvested in the fall of 2022.
Aromas of almond extract, green apple and pear. Pairs well with charcuterie, pasta with brown butter sauce and pan seared sole.
