The fruit for this beautiful dessert wine was harvested in November to produce wine with exceptional honeyed flavors and delicious sugars. After pressing sugars in the juice were further concentrated by freezing. The finished wine begins with a full-bodied caramel nose which is interlaced with flavors of butterscotch, vanilla, nectarines, and orange peel, and continues through a lasting and luscious finish. Serve after the main course with fruit-based dessert or with cheeses.
