Wyldeberry Mead is a semi-sweet blend of ruby and amethyst color, using a balance of clover honey and the perfect blend of wylde berries: Strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries for a delicious romp through both the briar patch and the under-brush. Pairs with fish, pork, poultry, lamb, red-sauced pasta, cheese, wild game or dessert. Mead is honey wine, the most ancient of drynks, common to all cultures of the Old World.
