Four barrels were selected for the 2014 vintage resulting in a Syrah 66%, Petit Verdot 34% blend.
Mi Tierra is a full-bodied, powerhouse wine with firm oak tannins. Aromas of boysenberry and black currant greet the nose with hints of ginger and anise. The ripe flavors of rich black fruit and dark chocolate are accompanied by earthy vanilla notes, leading to a long, elegant finish. This Mi Tierra will continue to develop greater complexity and character with additional aging.
