This cider is made entirely with apples from our Hightown orchard which is above 3000 feet in elevation, and has the bright acidity that Highland County apples are known for. This cider is 8.2% ABV, 1.67% residual sugar, and has a light sweet, buttery aroma. But it takes a different turn as you take a sip, the acidity hits your palate up front with notes of pomegranate, kiwi, and cranberry, but then gives way to a warm notes of caramel. This cider is made with apples that have not been sprayed with any pesticides or fungicides.
