Elena is a blend of white French-American hybrid grapes sourced entirely from our estate vineyard on Falls rd. It is about 90% Seyval Blanc with some Burdin, Villard Blanc, and Chardonnay blended in. It is very light and dry, but with good fruit, similar to Pinot Grigio in style. The wine is named after the owners youngest daughter, Elena.
