NEW RELEASE! Light pale salmon in color, this 2023 Dry Rosé is a return to the same vineyard from which we sourced our fruit for rosé production back in 2021. Once again, the fruit was gently whole cluster pressed and co-fermented, resulting in this delicious field blend of the five classic Bordeaux varietals. On the nose, this rosé presents notes of fresh watermelon, red fruit, berries and cream, lychee, and great freshness and minerality. On the palate, this wine showcases medium plus acidity and qualities of pomelo, raspberries, strawberries, watermelon rind, and a hint of citrus. Proprietary Rosé Blend
