Pairadox is in honor of our beloved Dachshunds, Bernie and Wiley. These boys supported and loved us for 22 and 17 years respectively and inspired us with our wine dreams. As a special thank you to our boys, and and all dachshunds in need of help and a new home, a portion of the proceeds of each sale will go to the Dachshunds Relief charity (https://scdr.org/). B&W is a 50/50 blend of Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon is from the Estrella and Creston AVAs of Paso Robles. The wine was aged 19 months in American oak, 50% which was new. Overtones of tasted oak are balanced by the ripe blueberry of the Malbec followed by black fruit and sweet, supple tannins. Production: 45 cases
