Symphony
CA - San Joaquin - Lodi
The Symphony grape, grown in the Lodi region of California, produces a Muscat-like, aromatic bouquet that balances out sweetness with acidity and finishes crisp.
Much like the first movement of Beethoven’s Sixth Symphony, knowns as “allegro ma non troppo” - translated as “Fast, but not too fast” - we would like to think our Sixth Symphony wine is “Dulce et non dulce” meaning “Sweet, but not too sweet”. Whether you are a fan of classical music or not, you are sure to be a fan of our Sixth Symphony wine.
