A favorite of our white wine loving customers and the local wine bloggers, this estate Chardonnay started alcoholic fermentation in a stainless-steel tank. Toward the middle of fermentation, 75% of the juice was transferred into French burgundy barrels to finish the fermentation, while the other 25% remained in stainless steel. This Chardonnay has some creaminess to it but also a fresh crispness. It pairs well with rich dishes.
