Ipswich, MA wildflower honey is fermented straight up for a classic, dry traditional mead. Aged on American oak, this full body mead is much like the mead the Vikings would have quaffed! Earthy notes of the local fall honey play on the tongue with a bit of toasted oak for the finish. This is definitely dry, so you need to like dry wines for this mead.
