This is a single vineyard wine from the south block of Bishop’s Vineyard. The block is a mixed planting of Syrah, Mourvedre and Grenache. The grapes are picked together and blended in the field prior to fermentation. This wine has great depth of flavor with boysenberry and black currant accented with white pepper, floral and chalky notes. As a field blend, this wine showcases the uniqueness of the vineyard site.
