Semi-sweet, light bodied wine with fruity flavors including dark cherry with hints of vanilla bean and chocolate. Maréchal Foch is an inter-specific hybrid grape variety that ripens early producing wines with strong acidity, aromas of black fruits and, in some cases, toasted wheat, mocha, fresh coffee, bitter chocolate, vanilla bean, and musk. Foch Rosé is often served with seafood, salmon, ham, turkey and egg dishes and mild or soft cheese.
