Our first Chardonnay is dry with just a hint of American oak. Aromas of Asian pear, honey, vanilla, butter, and caramel can be found. On the palate you will notice a nice acidity with lemon and lime notes, combined with a hint of vanilla and pickled ginger. A wonderful crisp finish with some toasted almonds in the retro-nasal action. Pairs wonderfully with scallops, shrimp, lobster, asparagus, salmon, risotto, fish tacos, and ceviche.
