This 2016 vintage of Iowa grown Seyval is perhaps our best yet. Its enticing floral notes lead guests in with a crisp clean start. The 6 months aging on French oak resulted in a pleasingly soft, lemon finish. We recommend serving at room temperature for optimal flavor. Try it with grilled vegetables and pasta.
