This rare rose cider is made from a single varietal, The Aerlie Red Flesh apple. These unique apples have a pale green skin with the blush of the watermelon red fruit within showing through. The cider has a tropical fruit flavor and a candy apple aroma. A light spritz, bright acidity and lingering sweetness make this a delicious aperitif, summertime drink or not-so-sweet dessert wine.
