Our very first Pinot Grigio is completely dry and does not disappoint on flavor! Many people are convinced that this wine has some sugar due to its rich nose and the many fruits detected on the palate. It has a light Alsatian style with cantaloupe, melon, vanilla, and hazelnut found on the palate. An un-oaked wine with the finesse of a gently oaked vintage. Kaleidoscope pairs very well with light seafood fare such as grilled trout, tilapia, and shrimp scampi.
