Our Brut (dry) and Doux (sweet) sparkling and wine is the first Traditional Method (Méthode Champenoise) sparkling wine in the state of Kansas. A delicious sparkling with fine bubbles and a lovely acid balance, Vidal Blanc Brut and Vidal Blanc Doux can both be paired with most any food, from a soft creamy cheese to a hearty dinner of roasted vegetables with a savory Kansas steak.
