Typical of its Pinot Noir heritage, the rare Noiret grapes’ characteristic spicy black pepper and green pepper accents come through its bright fruit aromas of raspberry, blackberry, and even a hint of mint in this dry red. Excellent tannin structure from the fruit itself, but complimented by the medium toast French oak, this wine can be savored any time of the year, but we find Noiret is truly enjoyable on a cool breezy Kansas evening, particularly with fine friends.
