This semi-dry (semi-sweet) wine reveals the distinctly tropical notes it is known for: think pineapple, grapefruit, tangerine, peach, and guava. The winemaker styled this wine to reveal the excellent balance that this wine is known for: a slightly crisp finish with enough sweetness to balance the typical green apple tartness with the honey overtones.
