Aged for 16 months in a blend of older and new French, American and Slovakian oak, this central Italian inspired blend is created from fruit grown in Fallbrook (57%) and Hungry Hawk Vineyards (43%). A medium bodied wine that brings aromas of red currants, dried cranberries and raspberries with hints of rose petals with toasty vanilla and cedar. On the palate, strawberries, black currants and red plums are joined by hints of black pepper, clove and tobacco with a medium, lingering silky finish.
