93 points Jeb Dunnuck Winemaker's tasting note: Having worked with this vineyard for over 10 years, the 2014 version of the Westerhold Syrah speaks to all of the things that make this site so special. It has lavish textures that start on the front of your palate, and gain weight and seductiveness as they develop. The aromatics remind me so much of the 2008 vintage - white pepper, blueberry, and cherry with beautiful accents of roasted espresso bean and slow-cooked meats.
