This Cabernet based blend kicks off with rich raspberry bramble and herbaceous aromatics followed by a complex layered palette of black olive, plum, anise and dark chocolate. Provocant is a distinctive blend of 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, 7% Malbec, 7% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. Vineyards include Two Blondes, Candy Mountain, MonteScarlatto, Les Collines, Stillwater Creek and Cave B. It was barrel aged for 27 Months in 24% New French Oak and 76% Neutral French Oak.
