Fabbioli Cellars’ 2014 Cabernet Franc Reserve showcases the true essence of our estate’s terroir. The nose is full of earthy dark red and black cherries with hints of lavender and a spice bouquet of pepper, nutmeg, and cinnamon. The dark cherries continue on the palate with the addition of cranberries, tobacco, cracked black pepper, and slightly grippy tannins (drying of the mouth) on the finish.
