2017 Pinot Noir Blanc
Pinot Noir Blanc (Pinot Noir made as a white wine) is the result of picking Pinot Noir fruit earlier as well as light pressing immediately after harvest to limit skin contact and color extraction from the fruit. As a result of this process, most of the juice is free-run and the resulting wine is exceptionally floral and pretty. Once the fruit is pressed, we minimize oxygen exposure and ferment the wine in our cold room to slow the fermentation and preserve aromatics.
Tasting Notes
Aromas of white flowers, jasmine, roses, peach, apricot and kiwi. Flavors of pear and under-ripe peach with a soft mouthfeel and sharp finish.
