The fruit for our Right Bank Bordeaux-style blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc was sourced from Still Waters, Brady, and Cuevas Vineyard, all located on the East Side of Paso Robles. The wine was artfully integrated through a diverse barrel program of three distinct French cooperages and 27 months of aging. The result is a sumptuous mouth feel, layers of black fruit, soft oak tannins, and a lasting finish.  Pair with braised beef short ribs, reduction sauces, or rich dark chocolate. Production: 65 cases
