Our second white wine and a blend, named after our mother-in-law, produced by us in 2016 from Viognier and Petit Manseng grapes from our leased vineyard. Refreshing, higher acid, citrus and pome fruits, aged more than 6 months in stainless steel, no oak. Pairs well with lighter dishes, fish, chicken, shrimp, crab, small plates, fruits, milder cheeses.
