Wrangletown Cider's Feisty Dog Orchard is a dry Cider. It is sourced from a blend of Heirloom and Culinary apples grown in Redcrest, California. The orchard was planted in the early 1900's and contains many varieties that were cultivated in Humboldt County. Some of the varieties in this blend include Wickson, June Sweet, Early Blaze,Pink Pearl, Mutsu, Red Gravenstein, Golden Delicious, Braeburn, Granny Smith and McIntosh. This cider has bright acidity, aromas of tart apple, citrus rind, dried herbs and wet stone. It is lively on the palate and has a long finish. Feisty Dog Orchard Cider was fermented and aged in stainless steel barrels. Only 81 cases produced. Alc. 8.5% by Vol.
