This Rosé of Pinot Noir bursts out of the glass with aromas of fresh picked summer strawberries, rose petals, cherry blossoms and a touch mineral character. The aroma is fruit forward but complex in its intensity and nuance of secondary aromas. Our Rosé is crisp, delicate and completely dry, with an alcohol of 12.8% it finishes with a touch of minerality, while its flavors of fresh summer berries mingle with the acidity on the finish. This is a Rosé that is best consumed chilled upon release, in the spring and summer, when the weather is warm. It’s great with light fare or just on its own.
