Our Traditional Dry Cider is made with a blend of our own traditional New England apples including McIntosh, Baldwin, Cortland & Gala. This well-balanced, light bodied cider is clear golden hued, crisp and dry with notes of citrus and apple. Carbonated for a bright, clean finish.
Ragged Hill Cider is handcrafted in small batches from sound apples grown, pressed and fermented to bring out the distinctive signature of tannins and minerality imparted by the glacial soil of our Central Massachusetts hilltop orchard.
