We had one barrel of cider in our racks that was particularly lively. Each time it was sampled it burst with tiny bubbles yet still maintained its acidity. When we were asked to collaborate with the Multnomah Whiskey Library we knew this was the barrel to use! We hope you enjoy the hint of the Bull Run Distilling Bourbon barrel it was aged in.
