This is a blend of 67% Cabernet Sauvignon and 33% Merlot. This delicious wine is crafted from grapes grown at Vino Bellissimo Vineyard in the Wahlulke Slope AVA. This small sandy vineyard is meticulously tended and produces superb grapes year after year. The blending of these grapes creates a classic Bordeaux style wine with distinctive black cherry and currant fruit flavors complimented with a refined structure and finish. This wine pairs great with roast beef or even blue cheese burgers.
