Made from grapes grown in our vineyard in the bluffs above the Missouri River. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and then barreled in Missouri White Oak casks for four months. Blended with a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon juice, the wine has aromas of dark cherry, spices, and tobacco with a smooth and supple mouth-feel. Pairs wonderfully with beef or lamb. Great with dark chocolate. a nice medium to full bodied red wine.
