The 2020 vintage Chardonnay features robust notes of lime peel, starfruit + yellow apple on the tongue. This vintage began on 9/16/20 with a 48-hour cold soak in stainless steel tanks to enrich the bright minerality of this light bodied wine. The rich in mineral soils of the Finger Lakes make this wine pop and strongly represent the infamous Chablis style of Chardonnay. Strong citrus notes linger on the nose with undertones of under-ripe pineapple. The winemaking crew recommends enjoying this with mild cheeses to balance out the acidity or a family style crawfish boil.
