Aged in lightly toasted, American oak barrels, this late harvest Vidal Blanc has notes of pear, apple and butterscotch. A splash of Viognier was added for a nice balance of acidity and fresh fruit. Perfect as an aperitif, after a nice meal or when you don't want to feel guilty about finishing a "full" bottle of wine on your own.
