This is a Coriander varietal honey, sweet mead aged in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for 9 months! Light spice, citrus peel, bubble gum, cardamom, ginger bread, vanilla, cedar, nutmeg, cherry skin. This mead is amazing with sharp cheddar. It really highlights the richness and creaminess of the cheese.
