Our 2014 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon represents the best of the 2014 vintage as only the four best barrels were utilized for this wine to create just 95 Cases. The nose is abundant with classic cabernet aromas including huckleberries and currants, with a lingering bit of spice. Gentle tannins and ageable acidity. This wine will stand up to the heartiest steak, and will continue to evolve in the cellar over the next several years. The 2014 Reserve is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Redpath Vineyard on Red Mountain. It was barrel aged for 32 months in 50% New and 50% Neutral French Oak.
