This elegant, Old Mission Pinot Noir is the definition of eclectic. The 8 months aging in selected 3 year old French Oak Barrels rounds out the wine to give it a nice-medium body with soft tannins and long legs. Our Pinot Noir’s rich flavors are carried by earthy notes of wild berries, roasted coffee, and mocha, leading to a lingering chocolate truffle finish. Enjoy with roasted duck, mushroom risotto, cured meats or antipasto.
