This is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. 70% aged in French Oak for 12 months, 30% in stainless steel. This wonderful blend highlights our estate Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon. Dark cherry and smoke on the nose with a mild, peppery finish. Perfect for keeping you warm this winter, watching a sunset, by the campfire or with your favorite food.
