A crisp dry white wine. This wine has floral aromas and flavors of tangerine and pineapple fruits. The finish is crisp and dry. From our vineyard. It pairs will with seafood, chicken salad, and Brie and Camembert cheeses. The grapes are a hybrid of Trebbiano and Seibel called Vidal Blanc. The grapes are grown in the Snowbird Mountains of North Carolina. Think Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Gris
