La Soeur is a tribute to the sisters in our family. Our Merlot based Bodeaux style blend opens with intense aromas of smoky espresso and chocolate covered raspberry. Robust huckleberry and plum notes blanket the whole palette. The full bodied finish is surprisingly soft and elegant. Enjoy now or cellar for a special occasion. La Soeur consists of 49% Merlot, 24% Cabernet Franc, 24% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Petit Verdot. Vineyards include Stillwater Creek, Weinbau, Les Collines, Dineen. It was barrel aged for 28 months in 24% New French Oak and 76% Neutral French Oak.
